Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Journey process?

It is a closed eye process where I take you on a guided visualization.   Using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques you are supported to get in touch with emotions and memories that have been stuffed down and are now held at a cellular level.  We then clear out those emotions and memories which enables them to be released from the cell and therefore when that cell is replicated it will be healthy and trauma free from now on.

What if I don’t connect with a memory or feel my emotions?

Your “job” is to relax and just be with the feelings – when you do this you will be able to connect with the emotions as you will be aware of what is happening in your body. It is only when the mind steps in and wants to sabotage the process when doing its job of protecting you from the unknown that it can get hard. My job is to keep the mind occupied to allow you to be in your feelings fully.   The process is superbly designed to support you to connect with a memory or a series of memories.

How long does a journey process take?

For an adult a Journey process usually takes between two and a half hours and four hours.   For a child the actual Journey process takes around twenty minutes to half an hour. A complete session with a child takes around an hour with some educative and art work included.

 Is it just one session?

No.

One Journey process can make a huge difference to people's lives, and generally  it is peeling back layers.  I recommend that people commit to three process's initially and reassess at that time - these can be spread over 3months or less.

To then have a process once a month or six weeks to keep clearing issues stored in their cells as a preventitive measure is a wonderful gift to yourself..

Does everyone get results?

There are some times when the results are obvious and people love to report those – and of course the testimonials we use are these examples. For others the changes are more subtle and can happen without you even being aware until one day you realise that you are reacting differently to a situation.   In my experience all people get results.

How do kids do it?

Kids are amazing – they don’t have the layers of doubt and sceptisim that we adults have.   They are very happy to take the “journey” follow the visualization and have fun with the process.

How do I get my teen to come to Teensdownunder?
